Responding to Member Feedback

Club management has taken on board feedback from members regarding the limited opportunities for competitive bowls. In response, for the upcoming 2026 season, we will be entering two teams into the East of Exe mixed league.

Opportunities for Competition

With this change, most Mondays throughout the summer will see 32 members able to participate in this enjoyable and friendly mixed league. Fixtures will primarily be against local clubs, although there will be some longer journeys required for matches, such as trips to Madeira (Exmouth) and Seaton.

League Participation Overview

The club's involvement continues to grow, now boasting 12 teams competing across six different leagues. This includes a balanced mix of two men's leagues, two ladies' leagues, and two open or mixed leagues. Alongside league matches, the club also regularly enters four knock-out cup competitions.

Fixture List Update

The draft of the full 2026 fixture list will be available soon. This will detail nearly 70 mixed friendly matches scheduled for the season.
