Please note the short mat is rolled out every Thurday evening from 7.00pm for members to play short mat bowls. The Executive have agreed social members can play on the mat.

We have a short mat bowls fixture versus Kingsmead at Langford Budville village hall on Thursday 16th December from 7.30pm, the sheet for this match is on display in the indoor rink, if you would like to play please make yourself available. We need between 9 and 18 players for this match so there will be plenty of scope for those who wish to have a go.

We've been a little disappointed with the amount of interest shown in short mat so far. Based on what happens over the next few weeks the Executive will make a decision on whether to continue into the New Year. If any member feels they would like to take the lead on short mat please speak to Eddie Dilley.
